Dave Alt is a long-time member of local 6.  His versatility as both a saxophonist and trumpeter have given him very diverse musical experiences:   leader of his own 4-piece group playing some of the most prestigious country clubs and hotels in the Bay Area; bugler at both Golden Gate Fields & Bay Meadows, saxophonist performing with guitar and/or piano for parties and anniversaries and back-up musician to famous performers such as:  Rich Little, Frankie Lane, Dianne Carroll, The Lennon Sisters, Carol Channing, Diane Shur, & Dave Koz.

With the recent advances in sound equipment and CD recordings Dave also has a solo career playing his saxes and flugelhorn with CD accompaniment.  With the CD accompaniment Dave sounds like he is being backed by a 3 or 4-piece rhythm section. 

And lastly, Dave knows the importance of custom-tailoring his customers musical preferences.
