Norton Buffalo Harmonica Clinic Review

The Norton Buffalo Harmonica Workshop was a huge success. Thirty people showed up—and thirty people is a lot for the events here at Local 6. Norton started off with playing some beautiful harmonica, showcasing the wide variety of tones available on the harp. He played both regular (cross harp) and chromatic. He illustrated his unique tongue technique (which this harp player had never seen before). Norton gave the audience his harmonica hand-outs, which are based on his book and videos, and proceeded to walk us through the information.
Norton was funny. Very funny. He was also very informative and open with his material. The question and answer period could have gone on all night. Norton Buffalo definitely lifted the spirits of the staff here at Local 6. It is easy to see why many say Norton Buffalo is one of the greatest harmonica players in the history of the instrument. And for those who missed this workshop, there have been whispers of NEXT YEAR...
